Referring to our previous correspondence on the subject of the Texas Oil business in Hongkong and South China, we beg to in- form you that we received yesterday evening the following tele-
gram from our agent, Mr.Humphrey Cheetham:

liquidators of Messrs. Reuter Brockelmann & Co., Hongkong, as in the enclosed copy
asking them to be good enough to allow Mr.Humphrey Cheetham, our duly authorized agent for the Texas 011 business, to take over from them all books, papers, etc., or copies of them which he may require for the proper handling of this
business.
